I ordered 2 led lights, the site said battery operated. They came wired for installation. It took 16 days for my order to arrive. I tried tracking my order but was unable to do so. Also try returning any merchandise, no return address? As for the quality of the merchandise, fine. I would order more if I new I could return any item that did not meet my expectations.

The app itself is pretty good, allows for a good browsing experience. Categories are set up well but the icons for each are hard to make out sometimes. To improve, the tracking info could link you to the DHL site it would be better, orders ship from China so it seems to always come DHL, I got a tracking number but I had to enter it into another website to track it.

They charge you a shipping fee and then when your package is delivered they charge you an additional "customs" fee of €35 that they dont tell you about when placing your order. I didnt pay the shipping fee and had the package returned. Its been 5 weeks and they still havent credited my account. Upon contacting them by email, because they dont have a phone contact, they keep confusing the situation saying "they want to credit my customs fee". Ive explained to them Ive returned the package 4 times and they still act like they dont know that. This leads me to believe they intend on keeping my money. Im having to report them to the Better Business Bureau. If you do not want to chance something like this happening do not use them.

Light in the Box is so unprofessional-they take FOREVER to ship, provide no way to track your package, and there is no way to contact/communicate with them. Save yourself a headache and do not order from this business!

I am updating this review. The customer service is very hard to get to. You leave a ticket and someone responds. It takes less than a day. The first package, I never received. I contacted them. They promised to resend it with trackable airmail. They did resend it, but it was still untrackable. They said "Oops, sorry." This time, though, the package arrived in two weeks. The product that I ordered was very good quality. So, for customer service, I give them two stars. Yes, they can be contacted, but, theres no way to talk to a live person, and they didnt do everything they promised. I give the merchandise that I FINALLY received four stars. If you want to order from them, be sure that you have a lot of time, because it takes a lot of time.

Not iPad friendly. Only displays in landscape. My iPad keyboard case doesnt function standing up on end. Please fix.

I thought I was getting a great buy but so far I still havent received the item I ordered. I ordered in on 8/26 and now its 9/4 and it still hasnt come! The money was taken right away but just how long do you have to wait for the merchandise? I doubt Ill use this app ever again if something doesnt happen fast! I wanted it for my grandsons birthday which was on 8/31, Im still waiting though. Im not happy at all!

Order item was never received

Never received my item that I paid for which I think is a very bad business.

And still nothing and I have tried to contact customer service e-mail and phone. Still nothing. I placed my order 8-06-2015. And it is now 9-14-2015. Dont waste money or time on this!

I should have read the other reviews. You order something from here. It takes two months to process. And then another 3-4 weeks to ship from China. It would be faster to paddle board to China and buy it off a street vendor. Just read the other reviews. They are all consistent. This is a scam ripoff app. It shouldnt even be on the App Store.

It takes a month or two if not more so you can receive the product it was the first and last time I use it. I should have read the reviews first. Still havent receive anything and no money back either I had to gave them a star because if I didnt it wouldnt aloud me to post this review.

The app crashes every time I try to read the reviews.

Every time Im into the search and click on an item it crashes.

The navigation is great. I wish searching for things was easier as the names of items are strange sometimes. Its smooth but will glitch often which is annoying.

Great deals, huge variety of inventory, so you find a little of everything in one place!

Just got the app and it crashes every time I hit the back button.
