***PROS*** -The app works great, it is super easy to navigate. -Tech support answers in a timely manner. -The products are SUPER cheap-- Im still waiting on my items to see if they are true quality or not. -Lots of customer reviews on lots of items. ***CONS*** -Its been over ten days now and my product has not even been packaged or shipped. Tech support said they would ship yesterday.

Interesting shopping app

They have some very unusual and interesting items, I got several for presents.

Fun shopping BUT....

I placed an order in July and still havent received it. Due to there being liquid in the package (a liquid eyeliner), they told me it probably got stuck in customs or got lost. The app is slow to load each page but TONS of stuff to choose from and very fun. Customer service was prompt and then not so prompt and then quite confusing. I got some really great dance shoes. Just be SURE to check to size chart for every clothing item as they are all different. I got some great deals. Just needed patience and a little more research before purchasing.

Needs work still

Format needs improvement for this app. Would also like to be able to edit orders or personalize my account.

Bad, Bad, Bad customer service.

Prices look great and quality looks acceptable. However, it started off with the website clearly stating free shipping on order $80 or more. This was a lie as all of the products dont qualify for this (even though they say they do). Paid $40 for express shipping to arrive 3-5 business days. 2 weeks after order was placed, I received an email that one of my products was out of stock even through the website says it is in stock. Its been 2 weeks and product still hasnt arrived. Do not recommend using Light In the Box!!!

Love....but....

I could spend days looking through everything offered by LITB-any possible thing you can think of--they have it! What I truly wish, though, is that there could be instructions & better descriptions of products so when I see something like Ive never seen before, that looks very cool...Ill at least be prepared on what to expect. And things that have reviews: just wish that they were translated to English. So I go to Amazon or eBay to find the same product & most times they have it or similar-get a better idea of the product & review then pop back to LITB to purchase. Also, when you make something your ❤️, it doesnt save. Not sure why you have that option at all. Its very cool, but really time consuming to just browse.

AWFUL!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

I have used many online shopping apps, but this one is by far the worst. I ordered clothes on November 12 and my shipping date was November 15. It never showed up to my doorstep so I kindly said "hey, whats going on with my clothes it was supposed to be here yesterday?" I get some message back from what seems like a computer generator. Saying itll come in that coming up week. So I waited 2 more weeks without any package or response to my mail that I basically just went off in. Today is December 1. 19 days after the order date and I have no reply to my message, no clothes, and no refund... so DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Untrustworthy

On 11/29/16, I placed an order with Light in the Box for a family event on 12/10/16. The stated shipping timeframe indicated the items would be here prior to 12/9/16. Today, 12/9/16, I checked on the status of my order and it has NOT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED! I contacted customer service about this and here is their response: "Please accept our apology for your order is slightly delayed due to unexpected high demand. At this time, your order cannot be completed in accordance to the timeline stated in our website. However, the item should arrive to our warehouse within 4-7 working days. Once we receive the item we will package your purchase carefully and ship it as soon as possible; youll also receive a shipment notification with all the details" My order wont even get to their warehouse for another week! Had they communicated the delay, I would not be nearly as upset as I am. This was my first order with them and, quite possibly, my last.

Its okay :)

Shipping took about a month... :/ and I was afraid that the makeup palette that I ordered would come cracked because I was looking at some of the other reviews and that happened to some people.. People need to be more Gentle. I love the variety of things on this site :) but another thing is it never me track my order.
