Bad, Bad, Bad customer service.

Prices look great and quality looks acceptable. However, it started off with the website clearly stating free shipping on order $80 or more. This was a lie as all of the products dont qualify for this (even though they say they do). Paid $40 for express shipping to arrive 3-5 business days. 2 weeks after order was placed, I received an email that one of my products was out of stock even through the website says it is in stock.

Its been 2 weeks and product still hasnt arrived.

Do not recommend using Light In the Box!!!
