So many cool things for sale. Easy to order and pay.

I love the app, however I tried to get my daughter to get it and she checked the reviews. She said many people dont receive their products or money back. I was already scammed with another app twice and am very skeptical now she told me this. I will sit on the fence for a bit to watch if things get better. I love the fashion world you have available its to die for, and the prices are unreal. I was devastated to hear it could be a rip off, especially being linked to the App Store this day and age. I may order later to see what happens but right now I dont need extra stress. Thank You. Wendy

Lack of filters for search and price filter does not work well (better to use the website).

You have to be careful what you buy but i like the style they put up on this app:)

Again, it is a copy powerhouse China. Please order I think, a decrease of 80% goods to arrive from the photo.

Both Light in the box app and Mini in the box app wont let me sign in with my Facebook account! I would be happy to shop with these apps but its impossible!

They will jerk you around if you use a credit card, wanting a copy of your passport/photo id and a photo of the card to process your order. This is AFTER funds withdrawn from bank and an international charge added.

I have used this app for several major purchases including my wedding dress and everything has gone perfectly. I swear by this app!

App works....company does NOT! Pay a little more and shop locally! If something goes wrong you have language and distance problems!!!

This is an amazing app. Havent had it for a long time but the few weeks that Ive had it, its amazing! The sales are awesome

App will not load

I cannot obtain a mailing address or a return mailing label so I can return the shoes which do not close; a manufacturers defect. Also a mailing fee was added to my order and they want me to pay the return postage. However, no mailing address is sent. Be warned.

This people never delivered my package...I have contacted them several times and no one from their customer service have reached at me to tell me where my package is or to give me my money back... Be carful with this site is a scam!!!...

Please stay away from this app/company, its a scam, you dont get the stuff you pay for,
