Bad Customer Service
I am updating this review. The customer service is very hard to get to. You leave a ticket and someone responds. It takes less than a day. The first package, I never received. I contacted them. They promised to resend it with trackable airmail. They did resend it, but it was still untrackable. They said "Oops, sorry." This time, though, the package arrived in two weeks. The product that I ordered was very good quality. So, for customer service, I give them two stars. Yes, they can be contacted, but, theres no way to talk to a live person, and they didnt do everything they promised. I give the merchandise that I FINALLY received four stars. If you want to order from them, be sure that you have a lot of time, because it takes a lot of time.
